Bhutlah Pepper Powder

I loved it last time. It became a new favorite. Hotter pepper powders were very bitter, so I settled on this Red Bhutlah. This time it's very bitter, as well, and ruined the first dish I added it to.

Very good stuff.

I like the heat of the reaper but not much on the flavor of the reaper.. however this has a very comparable heat and the flavor is also great.
