Best Customer Service!
Initially I was unhappy with this piece; the frame was not what I expected and I ran out of number 6. I contacted PP and received a prompt response/apology and offer to appease. Very impressed with the customer service and other than these two slight problems have nothing but good to say about this company.

Dissatisfied
Toadstool fairy different from the original photo. Colours too dark. Not suitable to give to young child. Disappointed with result.
