Love my heat press but needs better protection in box

Love my heat press , i think protection in box could use more or just better state overrall my heat press arrived damaged from the back cover that covers all the wires. It didnt bother me enough to complain since it is just a cover and i needed my heat press but i dont think its right. Overall, ive loved my heat press so far very easy to work with and i love thag it has the surepressure and auto open
