Hi there, I was using different version of MS Office and required to use a new version of Office product. I have searched market then found this wonderful company providing Office product which I just needed. Market search, purchase, delivering instructions and finally, installation were done without any problems. I have successfully installed two laptops for now. And will install more devices if necessary near future. Thank you.

They don’t get back to you

I have sent emails via reply and via online form and they don’t get back to me. I purchased the product then they said it no longer works on my Mac mini, but I still can’t get it to work on my iPad/iphone. I’ve asked and asked how I do it with no response. I’ve also now asked for a refund so I can go elsewhere, again no response. I’m sick of them. The phone says disconnected so why have it?

Unclear advertising, substitute product provided

I thought I was buying the service for my account when actually it’s a pre-made account shared with who knows. When asking for a refund I was provided with a key for my account for a different version of office than the version I ordered. Absolute waste of time and money. The customer service department got back to me quickly though in fairness
