Misleading Product Advertising – Wrong Product Supplied Poor customer service

I ordered Office 365, but was supplied Office 2024 Professional Plus — a completely different product from what was advertised and ordered. I requested a refund and raised a formal complaint, but instead of addressing the actual issue, they have avoided responding directly and appear to be sending what looks like a generic/default response. This is extremely frustrating. The issue is straightforward: the product advertised and ordered was not the product supplied. I will now be contacting my card provider to dispute the transaction and provide the full evidence and correspondence.

Avoid at All Cost

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Softwareg. I purchased a Microsoft Office license on July 14, 2026, but the product was not functioning as advertised. Despite many attempts to contact their support team for a resolution, the responses have been unhelpful and they are now ignoring my emails completely. I requested a working license or refund under their own advertised policies for an item that doesn't work, and they have failed to address the issue or provide any support. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

No refund

Emailed multiple times asking for my refund, all times they blanked me for the Microsoft word. Wasn’t opened, funny thing is , I got my original lifetime word from these guys, found out the account has been kicked and they’re refunding everyone with new account, hence why i bought another one.
