This product was recommended by a friend who was looking for less intense preworkout powder. For myself, I need a little more boost to drive my workouts but I've stacked Anadrox with it on heavy days with really good effect. The effects are measurable, I can easily go 10% heavier on heavy lifts with it, and my indurance increases substancially too. The pumps are impressive as well, and I've had zero negative effects of any kind. The flavor is pretty intense - don't breath the dust! But this is one of those products that I recommend to my trainees of all levels to get an extra increase in progress without any risk.
