The half smokes and French style were great. The chicken sausage didn’t have as much flavor; not horrible but not the same as the other two.

The basil in this was a little strong for me. I appreciated that it wasn’t greasy or heavy like pork sausage. It’s the flavor that l didn’t enjoy quite as much
