Everything was absolutely fantastic. The salamis are the best I've ever had and all the sausages were beyond delicious! Then there is the duck prosciutto. It is just otherworldly. I'm lucky enough to have a small deli slicer, so I get to shave it wafer thin and then let it come to room temp so it is "sweating" a bit. Sheer perfection!!!

The fennel and the Cacciatori are like you bought it from the pork store in NY. A bit pricy with shopping but worth every Penny!
