As a long time customer, I love your product offerings and quality. I have tried mostly every item that you offer and I consistently enjoy the Ararat and Fuet the most. Both served warmed and cold, they are delicious and as perfect as it gets!!! Notwithstanding all the positive experience I have with your products, I have to let you know that the Duck and Pork sausage was a bit of a letdown. I found the flavor to be lacking the consistency of the grind to be mealy. Sorry, but I won't be getting that again! All told, life is much better with MeatCrafters in it!!! Gian
