Liked these, and quality was good but needed to exchange for a shorter model. Exchange is not an option, only return for a refund and then order the new pair. It took around 2 weeks to get a return authorization and another several days to get the retuen shipping label. $30 was taken off the return anount for the return shipping label. Quite disappointed in this return process.
