Adorable, soft and squishy
I bought this for my soon to be here granddaughter. We discovered right after the baby shower that llama had a hole in her. I contacted Warmies and instantly (literally) they were on the issue. Asked for some photos, and emailing back and forth with updates. Within 2 days I had another llama delivered to my house. Thank you so much for understanding, and being so concerned and on top of it with the issue. I will definitely be back, and will absolutely recommend to anyone who will listen.
