I installed on 3 August 2020 one of the two cartridges I had purchased, as the original black cartridge finally went to "very low". I was worried that the one bought from you may not work, given HP's efforts to restrict supplies for their printers to ones THEY sell; fortunately, that wasn't a problem. If I had known of, for me, the "short" expiry date of the replacement toner cartridge, I probably would have bought only one at this time, for almost-immediate installation. Perhaps matters related to "Use before" dates ought be on your website, as guidance to customers. The installation instructions printed on the box do not exactly correspond to the needs of the cartridge contained therein. I was, however, able to mentally amend and augment those instructions to complete the cartridge replacement. I also found it necessary to turn off, and then turn back on, the printer, before I could get anything printed with the new cartridge installed. Presuming that the same box is used for many cartridges of similar size, it might be better to have more-specific instruction sheets enclosed, rather than have users rely on what is printed on the box. So far, the print quality looks good, but I have only printed two pages.
