Customer support not satisfactory for me unfortunately

I ordered the 4 Qul in black, I’d only partially opened it and noticed a few scratches and a few areas where silver steel was showing through as there wasn’t enough spray paint applied for it to opaque black. For the price I paid should I really have had to purchase cans of black spray paint because I was told “this is a minor imperfection which are beyond our control Once you hang the wall art these will not be visible at a distance in shaa Allah. Only if looked upon closely it’s apparent” I’m glad I only made one purchase as supposed to the several things I wanted!
