It gets 3 stars because of the price at 50% off ($14.00 on sale) otherwise I would have given it 2 stars. I feel like its overpriced, even at 50% off. Even though seersucker is a then material, this seems like a lesser quality fabric than most seersucker. I think if it were priced under $10 I would give it 4stars but quality in relation to price only gets 3 stars.
