You provided the wrong remote, l went through a lot of frustration trying to get it to work only to find out it was the wrong remote. Then l had to stuff around with postage, which cost me $7:90 and now you provide a $12 refund. Well and truly ripped off and this is my message to anyone who will listen. Any reasonable firm would have said our mistake provided a full refund and said keep the remote.

I identified the garage door motor and was told to purchase the one you sold me. It was the wrong receiver with only 2 wires instead of the 3 wire that was clearly described in the pictures sent in the links for the my specific motor. I was told I purchased the wrong unit by your staff. It is clear to me that I was SOLD the wrong unit. I paid for 2 day express delivery. 5 days later, I drove from the Sunshine Coast to Tingalpa to pick up the incorrectly supplied unit. I then was told after trying to make sense of the 2 wire setup and contacted Remote Pro. After some waiting for instructions I was informed that I had purchased the wrong unit. That's when I lost it and your support guy said to go to Jaycar to and purchase some wire to install the 3rd wire and a 4th wire as a loop. After I did all these things, the door is finally operational after 18 months as a tenant lost the old remotes and the tenants never bothered to let anyone know the door wasn't working. So with everything noted above and the absolute debacle during nearly every step of this process, it is my opinion that the 1 star is appropriate.
