Very happy with the quality of the carbon fiber shaft upgrade. Not only does it look great but it removes the "flex" issue the standard shaft had especially if you are taller and have it extended further. Easy purchase with Detect-Ed.

Carbon fibre lower shaft

I purchased a carbon fibre shaft for my simplex a few weeks ago. Whilst I acknowledge that it reduces the overall weight of my set up, I honestly couldn't say whether it makes any difference in terms of arm fatigue as my hunts rarely go longer than 1-2 hours and are few and far between, Still, given the choice to have modern carbon fibre over other materials is an easy one to choose.

I love that it’s so much lighter and is easier on your shoulder. Does it come with a full shaft that would be even better.
