Clearest Lightest 'Blue' ever

1)Great smooth thin formula 2) 99% full coverage 1st coat. Very pigmented I left it at one coat! 3) Keep in mind that photographs and light can make it seem a stronget color, so let me describe this as having elements of a soft pastel yet wonderfully light and bright. 4) Most imporyantly none of that dustiness/dullness and stripey-ness which dogs an inferior polish. I got the regular nail polish and am thrilled to bits.
