Unresponsive customer service

I received a defective sprayer for the glass cleaner. The trigger would not pull and the product would not dispense. I used the "Contact Us" link on the web page but after several days I have received no response.

Works Really Well!

Probably the best glass cleaner I have ever used, and works really good on my OLED display on my Mercedes EQE SUV 350+.
