Two coats over pure white. No clear powder on top Because it muted the sparkle. Used sterling on ring finger. Holiday but could use for summer too

Very clean looking and pretty. Wear this all the time. Understated and goes with everything!

Very sparkly!!

The sparkles are very fine, which makes for a really neat effect. It’s a clear base with sparkles- so you can put it over any color! If you have a favorite non-sparkly color that you want to add some sparkles to, this is a perfect option! I did a regular French dip and added the sparkles on top! I plan to use this with many other colors too.
