Pretty but..

Its a very pretty color, nice formula and goes on smooth but the color is slightly off compared to Busy as a Bee dip powder which I prefer the dip color better. The dip color is more of a blue purple, periwinkle undertone. The polish is purple with maybe a pinkish or red undertone? Im not sure, I just know the colors are not the same.
