Looked not as expected

I ordered a ton of bow ties for myself and my groomsmen. They are bigger and floppier than what appears in the website images. The images on the website look tight and clean. I realize I am out of the 30 day return window so can't even return them. I do like the pocket squares. This is for my wedding. I should have tried them on earlier. A store credit would be great if that's possible. My finance and her bridemaids purchased dresses from your store as well.
