increases gap between film door and top of camera when folded, but there is an easy mod to fix this! overall it is extremely helpful to sheild the developing film from light those important first few seconds!

It protects the film!

It protects the film but doesn’t fully let the ax-70 close. It’s close enough though. Not ruining the pictures is way more Important though!
