Overall Good service and doll

Strength: 1. Considering the amount of the unusual circumstances of tariff and its impact, I think the service provided was pretty good. 2. The doll is as great as expected. I am especially impressed with the feet as so far they look pretty tough and realistic. Weakness: 1. Response could sometimes be slow, but it looks to me Starpery can do better job on this one, not silicone lovers as there are times that silicone lovers had to wait for Starpery’s response.

I’m very impressed with the quality the only problem I have had is that it was not packaged very well I had ordered a flight case at the last minute and it looked like they may have been in a hurry it was moving around a lot inside and it was a matter of luck that it was not damaged
