So fun!

Ive been with SVNP for the last 3 months and it has gone by way too fast! I have had the best time with Del, Oscar, and Kevin. All three have been wonderful in guiding me on proper nutrition to fuel my training as well as pushing past my mental limits to get stronger. I have reached weights that I never thought I could EVER reach. I can’t wait to continue.
