I had purchased the tablet as a Christmas present some months back. When it was actually opened and put to use, we found that it wasn’t charging properly. I reached out to customer service, and was walked through several attempts to fix the issue by a very helpful representative, Alex. When none of the methods were successful, I was able to return the tablet and get a replacement very quickly. So far, the new one has not had any of the same issues and we are very happy with both the product and service. Thank you so much for all of your help, especially to Alex who was patient, kind, and professional throughout.

Went for a repair, got a new tablet

I've contacted the technical support to get my tablet fixed so I sent it to them. However they didn't have the necessary components so they sent me a new tablet. The technical support was really efficient and clear and I got my tablet back in only 2 weeks. I Would 100% recommand.
