I chose Andy Anand Sugar Free Carrot Cake for a family celebration honoring our father who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Prior to ordering, I checked with Customer Service to determine when to order to ensure I had the cake on hand for the party. They got back to me right away, so I was confident about receiving it on time. The cake was a big hit--Dad and all the attendees commented on the great taste, despite it being sugar free.
