May 2 - Placed order for embroidered mat & two sets of towels. May 13 - emailed customer service that I hadn't received any information about delivery time. Customer service replies, "we're out about 2-3 weeks right now" (which I interpreted to mean my order would arrive in 2-3 weeks. June 16 - I email and call customer service to say, "hey, it's been a month since you said 2-3 weeks...and it's been 6 weeks since I place my order, but it still hasn't been delivered". June 18 - 3rd email and call to customer service. Did you get my previous email and voice message? Customer service responds - I've expressed my concern to production that this order hasn't shipped. The mat is done, towels should be done today. June 19 - order ships June 25 - order received (8 weeks after placing order). Mat is very nice! Towels are high quality, embroidery on towels is 'thin'...like half as many stitches as should have been used. Did they use half as many stitches as normal to speed up the production line to get through their backlog? I don't know, but I'm not happy with the finished product...especially considering the wait time and how much work it took to 'chase the order down'. Bottom line? I'd place an order for another mat with them, but not another order for towels.
