I like that the product came with cups and the coffee grinder, but I don't love that the espresso NEVER STOPS. I have to be the one that turns the knob, instead of the machine knowing when to stop pulling a shot.

I have had the espresso maker about two weeks. The espresso machine leaks from either the tank or the machine. I sent an email about this over a week ago. The machine doesn’t work and the customer service is nonexistent. Thanks for asking.

The verdict is still out. I love the quick time to heat and auto off features. I don't like the tight space to fit a cup. Its nice to be able to place a bigger coffee cup when making lattes, au laits etc. Also I hate the blow off steam that occurs when shutting down. Just one more thing to clean. Overall good value and coffee for the price.
