PerTronix 40611 Ignitor Epoxy Filled 40,000 Volt Ignition Coil with 3.0 Ohms Resistance in Black

The coil is excellent but the only issue I have is that my Ferguson TO30 tractor has the wrong distributor on it. Luckily I was able to find one and purchased it on eBay. Although I did try to start it and quite frankly amazed how fast the engine turned.

It's a wonderful upgrade to the tractor (Super A). I dont understand why anyone would still be using points and condensor!

This one i put on my old 1950 Chevy as part of the 12v upgrade. The old tired 216 i6 has never idled smoother. These are very simple upgrades that are well worth doing. If hei is too ugly or expensive for you then go with one of these. It’s a very simple install. Don’t even need to remove the dizzy. If you buy a pertronix coil the stock coil mounts do not always work. You’ll need to find another one or do what I did and make one. I put these on most of my builds that don’t look right with a giant hei dizzy hanging off the engine. Most of the time I don’t even have to tweak the timing.
