Excellent product, piddling customer service

No complaints about the product - it's excellent. However Pertronix needs to step up it's game if you want to sell direct to the public. 1) Poor customer web interface with no details 2) I was admonished to "contact sales" for status information when I contacted (with the only contact info I could find) 3) When it finally shipped (after multiple ship dates were passed) I NEVER received tracking information. It just 'showed up'.
