Yummiest chocolate cake ever

The cake was gone within minutes as it was delicious. You can never go wrong with a chocolate cake from Rustika, definitely a party favourite. I had to change pickup to an earlier date and the staff were very accommodating. Love all the cakes at Rustika!

For this review I can only speak of the upper Kirby/Southwest location. First and last time ordering from this bakery. Terrible first impression. Ordered the triple chocolate cake with high expectations and was highly disappointed along with 20 guests. Ordered the cake two days before thanksgiving with a confirmation receipt for a 3:30pm pickup time. Received an email , no phone call at 1:11 pm exactly stating the store was closing at 2:00 pm and that I needed to pick up my cake by then. The first problem was that I was at work and did not get off until 2:30 pm. The second problem was nowhere on their website did it state that the store was closing early that day. In addition I was given a confirmation time for a 3:30 pm pickup. The only offer was the person I spoke with stated that she could wait until 2:30pm. Didn’t help me since I didn’t get off work until then. And the “oh well “ attitude didn’t help either. See yelp for further review. Horrible cake and customer service.

As always the best cake in town. Well worth the money.
