Great Customer Seevice for a Great Product

I had made a special order for custom printed boards showing my companies” logos for a national conference I was attending. When the boards arrived, the outside of the package was slightly dented. Upon opening the package, I found that there was a pretty significant dent on one side of one of the boards and a dent on the top side of both boards. Even though it was a special order, and I only had a few days before the conference, the customer service team was able to duplicate the order and get them shipped to me while I was processing my shipping insurance. The boards arrived literally two hours before I had to leave for the conference and they ended up being a huge hit!
