They fit great

Fits perfectly. My only gripe is that the spike is actually quite sharp. I'm wearing them on my septum, and maybe it shouldn't have been surprising, but if it gets turned around and goes too close to my nostril it hurts quite a bit lol. Still 5 stars though they are exactly what I asked for!
