New Harbor Quarter Zip Effortless Comfort

I love the product however everything was too small so I sent an email to exchange for the next largest size. They sent me a return order to which I did and it was delivered almost a month ago. No return has been issued however, I want just an exchange for the next larger size… No communication have sent several emails and a very upset! Calling credit card company to dispute order shortly. Customer service has been absolutely horrible! This needs to get resolved ASAP! Hi
