Disappointing

This was probably my 7th or 8th order with the brand. 2 years ago I ordered the same rattle for my 1st niece, this time I hit the set. Previously more colour beads as per the order instructions were possible (both babies have the same number of letters in their name) this time as my order was being prepared I was told it could only be 2 colours which seemed odd. When the order arrived it is clear the beads are bigger and less aesthetically pleasing than before, which explains the reason why only 2 colours were possible. This could have been mentioned in the comms from the order team. Only 2 colours makes the items look quite cheap, and basic compared to my previous order. Love the brand, however this order was disappointing.
