Caffe Mocha Almond Chip

LOVE THESE!!!

When I have to run out the door, I get my caffeine and protein in one on my way to work!! When I need a pick me up later on, I eat a bit more! The Caffe mocha is my favorite flavor! I will be buying these when I am close to being out! I have shared these with all my co-workers! All of them love them too!!!

I keep buying it because I like caffeine in solid form, not to drink. And vegan.

My favorite prerun snack

This is my go-to snack before I run in the morning. Not too much protein to sit in my stomach and the caffeine is the right amount of energy. For shorter runs I only need half, and they last longer!
