Anniversary chimes

I bought two anniversary chimes for my twin brother and sister celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary! The chimes were delivered when they were promised and the couples were very pleased with the gift! I was very satisfied with the service and process of purchasing these gifts!

Excellent except

I have the 18” wind chime for my GF and she loved it. The sound, build, look, etc is excellent. The only problem is it only makes sound in a hurricane. We live in the Midwest where it is always pretty windy and it just doesn’t make a sound. Only on a day when gusts were 60+ mph did it give sound. The medallion that hangs with our anniversary date and name seems to cut the wind instead of catch it.
