Happy with end product

Customer service was great. Had an issue which was dealt with and overall happy with the shelf. The clear wax doesn't quite match the search on the website so ordering samples is recommended (although comes at a cost). Love my new spice shelf

Not the quality I expected

First of all, customer service was great and I love the look of my shelves, what disappointed me was the wood used, I thought for the price I was charged I was getting genuine aged solid hard wood but these shelves are made from new soft wood (pine)
