Great packing and service

10/10 would do again. Product was back ordered and I knew it when I ordered but it got delayed even further so I hit up your customer service chat. The person who responded was great and didn’t hide how the supply chain was affecting things. The very fragile glass was packed perfectly and everything is working great. Will order again from you if/when I need more lab equipment.

Received my funnel in great condition and have already had the opportunity to use it a couple times. It is very easy to clean, including removing and cleaning the stopcock. This has pared well with the 3 finger clamp that I also bought to support it.
