The product was never received but paid for. Contacted Studio Gear and they have no interest in resolving - requested a replacement or a refund - and was told to file claim with mail carrier. Studio Gear said they can’t assist as they are a small family business which doesn’t explain their lack of customer service altogether. Will no longer buy Studio Gear products. Poor customer service.
