Before I placed the order I asked several questions over the phone. I was treated with courtesy and given thorough answers. When I subsequently placed the order it arrived before I even knew it was on the way. When it arrived on my front porch, the package was in perfect shape - absolutely no shipping damage - not even scuffing of the cardboard box. When I oopened it, I found the battery was fully charged and all the tools I needed to complete the MINIMAL assembly steps were included. Maybe I didn't read the promotional material carefully enough, but I didn't expect the controller watch to be part of the package, but it was included. Finally, the SpinShot 2 Plus High Speed model, worked perfectly when I rolled it out onto the court. I used to love tennis until it became too difficult to chase the balls - as the machine was feeding balls to my grandchildren, I suddenly realized that even I could enjoy it since the balls could be set to predictably come withing my limited striking range. It's not the same as a good competitive game, but it allowed me to get off the sidelines and hit a few. I'm very grateful for that.

No further communication for a week. I called the store and Mario informed me the product had shipped and was arriving today. It arrived as advised. Super easy assembly, charge overnight and we put it to use in the morning. Takes a bit to figure out customized drills, but the preset ones are simple to use and provide a nice variety for one or two players. Love the machine overall but wish it would maintain wifi connectivity better during use. Lots of reconnecting when the phone is on the opposite side of the court.
