I purchased the 6 Ton Flat Pad, 6 Ton Extension Screw Collar and 6 Ton 8.5"-12" Adjustable Extension and it gave me everything I needed to use my existing 6-ton bottle jack to raise my trailer.

I purchased this for my travel trailer, in the event I need change a tire on the side of the road. I got the 3 piece starter kit, screw collar, and 8"-12" adjustable extension. This should cover any circumstances if I need to use it.

Used it to Jack my fifth wheel up for hearing service. Beats using a stack of wood blocks. The best part is it’s safer!
