Rhinestones are beautiful but you better hope they send you the correct item or they won't rectify it. Was never so appalled with a company, basically just asked to return the incorrect item for the correct one and was told they don't accept returns. They absolutely don't care about their customers and were perfectly fine losing a customer over something that had an easy resolution, your return policy shouldn't be applied to a quality issue.
