I had tried a smaller cup that was purchased online. The cups just ricocheted the water, leaving drainage a nightmare. After installing these larger cups, the water flows right through and out of my drain perfectly. No more splashing, no more pooling, and no more worrying. The copper is so pretty and the chain/cups are substantial. Additionally, I had initially ordered the wrong cups, but my mistake was quickly resolved with an email. The response and correction were so fast! Great customer service!
