My parents really love the food at Kneaders and have asked us to send them physical Kneaders gift cards over the years, which we have. Sadly, for the past 6 months or so, they have been having a lot of trouble with using their gift cards at the Kneaders store they regularly visit. For example, when they go to pay with their new gift cards, they are told they have $0 balance. It is only when a worker takes the time to manually punch in the numbers or they are told the store’s “systems” have “come back online,” are they able to use their new $100 cards. These experiences have made my parents so embarrassed and so uncomfortable over the months that they have now asked us to stop sending them Kneaders gift cards. How sad! I ask you to please fix your cards and/or your gift card redeeming system. Thank you.
