Frustrated by the lock feature

The flash light has a lock feature that needs to be pushed 2 times before the light goes on. I contacted your representative and was responded that I needed to mail to back for evaluation. I did that and it was evaluated and call back that there was no problem and mailed it back to me. It push the button 2 times quickly as instructed and it still does not work. After I press it 5 or more times it finally works. I am dealing with this problem, but once it lights I'm happy with the bright light it gives off.

I have one by my bed, one in the kitchen, one in living room, one in bathroom. With winter storms coming I do not want to be pitched into darkness trying to remember where flashlight is. The three levels of light - genius. I received one last year as a gift and had to have more!
