I’ve had these boots before from elsewhere and they are great, hence why I purchased them again. However, the lack of communication and the time it took to send them was terrible. I posted a parcel to France the same day I purchased these boots, it arrived In France before my boots were even sent. If there was an issue, I was never contacted about it and my emails and messages remain un responded to. I won’t purchase from here again.
