Quality and Refund Process
For anyone buying these shoes, using the guide, add half an inch to your measurement. The point makes 1/2 - 3/4 inch unusable, and I didn't understand this when I first purchased a size 10.
The exchange process was a bit confusing, but support was wonderful and able to clarify my confusion easily. They even went out of their way to call when there was an issue with the size 12 I ordered, and helped find a solution, which was getting an 11. That was only one size up, but a 12 would've been better because of how the measurement works. That being said, the 11 isn't uncomfortable, just snug. The color is a bit yellow, but I think that's just because of the type of fabric and my house lighting. It is no less stunning, and I intend to wear them even after my wedding.

Very pretty; wish there was a 10.5 size; uncomfortable
The shoes look true to the photos. Very pretty, feminine, and matched my "soft white" color of dress. However, I believe I am between a size 10 and a size 11 but they do not have a 10.5 size on the website. I got the 11, but the shoe looks very loose on the front half of my foot. There is a gap between my foot and the shoe (my feet are slim and flat). I have been wearing them inside only to test them out. There is no cushion or support at all in the footbed (although to be fair, very few flats are comfortable IMO) so may be hard to stand on for a long period of time.
