Love it, We've tried many strains from Escarpment over the years. I keep going back to Biergarten. We love the Mexican lager yeast, Isar, and would use them again as well. But we like the Biergarten for these more regional classic lager styles that we've been diving into. It's clean, reliable and just makes a crispy lager at the end of the day. We've brewed many styles with this strain including a Helles, Dortmunder export, Pale Amber, Marzen, American Dry light lager, Schwartz and we aim to keep exploring styles with it. Love it!
