Frustratingly Slow Delivery

I've been participating in the subscription box since it started. Im always pleased with the what's curated. I'm increasingly frustrated with the delivery time. This time I was charged on November 22nd and I still haven't received the subscription box, it's December 28th. That's a unacceptable turn around l. I did receive notification that the quarterly subscription has shipped and will arrive on December 29th.

They use yellow elastic on the bracelets and say that they’re citrine. My single tiny “citrine “ On a thread necklace is white! There is no such thing! Do your homework! I tried emailing and messaging. No one got back to me. I even bought her books! She made me feel like a fool
